Mestské zásahy / Urban Interventions is a format that generates and gathers architectural solutions and new ideas in an effort to improve the quality of urban life. The main output is a publication offering a manual of creative solutions. The design of the publication is characterized by flexible layout and plenty of pictorial supplements. The neutral typography is complimented by a strong display typeface with local origin — LECO 1974. The cut-out acronym KE (Košice) on the cover is a symbolic intervention into the publication, the window it creates opens new points of view and is suggestive of what is hiding beneath the surface.
